• On ATS – 10%
• On completion of Plinth / Footing – 10%
• On completion of Ground Floor Brickwork – 10%
• On completion of 1st Slab – 10%
• On completion of First Floor Brickwork – 10%
• On completion of 2nd Slab – 10%
• On completion of Plastering – 5%
• On completion of Plumbing & Electrification – 5%
• On completion of Doors, Flooring & Tiling – 5%
• On completion of Painting & Final Finishing – 5%
• On Registration of Final Conveyance Deed – 10%




5. Token amount will be taken cumulatively for Agri Plot + Flat.

6. ATS for both Agri Plot and Flat will be registered on the same day.
