Each plot is sized of MINIMUM 2000 Sqmtr & are priced at Rs. 1000 per Sqmtr (Taxes & Govt Charges extra on actual at the time of registration) inclusive of plantation and initial setup. This makes it an affordable entry into managed agricultural land ownership.
3.How many mango trees are planted on each plot?
Each plot will have a minimum of 100 mango trees.
4.Is the land ownership freehold and title clear?
Yes, the land is freehold with a clear title, ensuring 100% legal ownership. All plots are properly documented and registered, giving buyers complete peace of mind. However , in future on completion of the project, a Society /AOP / Company will be formed for maintenance purpose.
5.What kind of mangoes are planted?
The estate focuses on premium varieties such as Alphonso (Hapus) & Kesar mangoes. The plantation of these varieties plantation is very condusive to the Konkan region, and they have high value in both domestic and international markets.
6.Is the plantation managed after purchase?
We provide complimentary non-comprehensive maintenance for the first year, free of cost. Continued non-comprehensive management services is available at a nominal fee of Rs. 2.75 per Sqmtr / Per month + Taxes on actual ( minimum escalation of 8% per annum applicable ) for hassle-free ownership till the Maintenance Society / AOP / Company is formed.
7.What facilities are included with the plot?
Each plot comes with: Mango plantation, Drip irrigation setup, fencing and WBM Internal road access.

No. As per the current Govt. Rules & Regulations, NRIs, and PIOs are restricted from investing in agricultural land in Maharashtra. 11. Do we get any fixed returns from this plantation ?
No. While a mango orchard is an excellent long-term asset with strong growth potential, it's important to note that it doesn't offer 'fixed' returns like a bank deposit. Because it is a biological investment, the final returns depend on natural cycles, seasonal weather, and market prices at harvest. We focus on expert management to maximize these yields, but we always prefer to set realistic expectations regarding the variable nature of agricultural income.
12. What mango yield can we expect from this mango orchard ?
As per "Indian Council of Agricultural Research" Individual Tree Yield (High Density) Grafted trees in HDP start bearing early, typically yielding 1.5 to 2.5 kg per tree in the 2nd year and increasing to 6 to 8 kg by the 3rd year.
